What you will find inside this program

Inside each module you will find a mixture of Educational materials and practices to help you find success. In each section you will also find an audio recording so you can listen to the modules from anywhere. Finally, at the end of each module you will be prompted to reflect on what you are learning and provided with additional outside resources. You also have a button at each module to reach out to me, your coach for further questions. There is an optional quiz after completing a module to help you retain the information you are learning. There are 12 modules in the program, following a systematic approach based on recent research and developments in the science around pain. When you complete the course you will receive a certificate of completion and access to my YouTube channel containing all the videos from the practices to easily access.
