Before we dive into the next module, take a moment to write our your wins from this last week. Remember these do not have to be grand or related to your pain. A small win is a big win. The more we practice looking for wins, we teach our brain to look for them in our environment, reinforcing that there are no near-by threats. Over time this should become more automatic. . Aim for three wins, but feel free to list as many as you’d like.
